Delbert B Williamson, DDS

Founder & CEO

The Medical and Dental Group is led by its ambitious and energetic CEO; Dr. Delbert Williamson. Delbert has been the principal organizer, planner and developer of the Medical and Dental Group and Ivy Dental Health. Delbert spearheaded the establishment of Ivy dental Health’s onsite dental facilities, focusing on enhancing employee well being and practice environmental sustainability. Successfully managed multi-location dental practices, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across all sites. Demonstrated exceptional leadership in coordinating and managing dental teams. Expertise in strategic planning, execution and development of comprehensive business plans that align with organizational goals. Led the integration of Eco-friendly sustainable principles in dental practice. Negotiated favorable contracts with green certified dental equipment suppliers. Ability to bring together differing lines of thought and approach to a single effort has been paramount to the onsite dental facility concept. Dr. Williamson and his wife Joy both attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry.

They designed, built and managed six optimized, Eco-friendly dental practices in Missouri, Colorado and Georgia. As a multiple Dental practice owner and employer, he has personally experienced employees missing work due to a dental emergency that became acute (big problem) overnight. These neglected dental issues can lead to absenteeism and decreased production for your business. Dr. Williamson’s mission is to build sustainable Eco-friendly dedicated extended hour onsite dental practices that utilize Tesla solar energy panels and technologies, reusables, biodegradable packaging and Georganics (zero waste products). These facilities are designed for employers who have a large workforce. (Especially third shift employees) His dental practice designs, utilizes digital technology to provide a pleasant dental experience while tracking supply usage, reducing waste and partnering with green certified vendors and suppliers. These practices use digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, robotic technology, and artificial Intelligence. Coincidentally, “the best part is No part.” This is a passion he has in common with Elon Musk. We have the optimized solutions for a divergent client base, specifically employers with a large number of employees who have a third shift or may be looking to add a third shift.
